What are they?

Hi Folks, I'm new to this and I read about the bad Nudi's that I should watch out for.
I have these tiny clear-white ant looking bugs crawling on my new zoa's. They don't look like the regular nudi's that I've seen pictured here. Are they bad? Should I Do the freshwater dip? I havent seen any nudi's but are they more nocturnal?
I just got them yesterday and some of the polyps still haven't opened up yet, I'm afraid it's cuz these lil buggers are crawling all over them and may be eating away at them.

They sound like pods to me....Nudi's look like glorified slugs

From the looks of the legs its a amphipod.....

They are good right? Zoanthid Nudi's kinda look like the skirt of a zoa , if that helps
