What are you guys doing behind the scenes?

Just curious how you guys with large tanks have behind the scenes with your tanks. I am setting up my 630 and I want to see a bunch of ideas so I can put everything together exactly how I want it.
-What are you using for sumps? and how are they set up
-How do you have a refugium hooked into your system
-reactors
-skimmers
-water change systems
Lots of pics so I can see and also just love seeing peoples set ups.

Granted I have a 200G volume, and from reading problems don't increase linearly as you increase in size but...

Small, simple, dual chambered with a single baffle from the ground up. Skimmer in one compartment, other compartment is a return pump. Just big enough that if I lose pump power I don't have a spill on the floor. I think it's on the order of 25-30gallons. When you go large, you already have enough "volume" such that I don't need to add to my troubles by making water changes that much more intense, and I doubt another 100gallons is going to make a huge difference in my tanks parameters as far as swings.

There's a ball of chaeto in my return pump part with an LED light shining on it :) I doubt it does much of anything, but again, I don't want more issues with more water.

-reactors
2 part system for calc/alk, no reactors to speak of.

-skimmers
Umm yes? Not sure the question, BM250.

-water change systems
This I wish I had some neato automation on. As it stands I have a couple 30g garbage cans I get my water from, a dolly that I wheel out with another tank on it to drain to, then I wheel it over to the sink and use a pump to pump it down the drain...
