what can I feed my leathers while tank is fallow for 8 weeks?

Fish got ich, so they are all in a hospital tank. I have leathers and LPS with no cleanup crew (my wrasse and flame hawk would kill any conventional CUC). Would feeding my lobo, blasto frag , duncan frag and flower anemone once of twice a week create enough food for my leathers or should I dose something like oyster eggs?

Your corals will be fine with just light for the time being. Someone correct me if wrong but I don't think corals require feeding. It helps with growth but isn't required.

The symbiotic algae zooxanthellae hosted within its body provides the majority of its nutritional needs from the light driven process of photosynthesis. It will also benefit from additional food such as micro-plankton, baby brine shrimp, or foods designed for filter feeding invertebrates. But these additional foods aren't absolutely necessary.

I run a fishless 10g with only 2 hermits and a snail that I haven't fed for over a year. I water change every 6 weeks or so, and the leathers/shrooms/zoas/kenya trees all grow just fine (though the leathers and zoas do grow slow compared to my main tank...).
