so first off i have a 36 gallon bowfront tank....the lighting in it is 1 24" powerglo 18,000K 20watt T8, and 1 24" marine glo blue actinic 20watt T8.....in the tank i have:
3 damsels
3 nassarius snails
1 banded coral shrimp
1 tree coral
1 zoanthid(not sure what type)
1 yellow coral(not sure either looks like a goniopora?)
2 mushrooms
My question is what other corals can i get with this lighting?

really not much at all, besides anything NON photosynthetic. what you have now MAY survive under those lights, but they will probably not thrive under them.

You probably fine for some low light softies. Try some Kenya Tree, and sticking to the mushrooms, certain varieties of frilly mushrooms, and Zoanthids you'll probably be fine. GSP, and Button Polyps will also do fine.

Stay away from Leathers, Ricordia, and Yumas. They all require more light than you have.

ok my bday is comin up so what would you recomend for lighting...besides metal halides dont want THAT expensive:lolspin:

Any 24" 4 bulb HO T5 fixture and you can keep any softies you like. You can keep just about everything else too. I'm a big fan of Aquatic Life's T5 Fixture...lots of bang for the buck with moonlights. :)

reefgeek.com has some good deals on t5 retro kits too. Like insane said, t5's are great and you should be able to grow just about anything under them with a 4 bulb t5 High output setup. Make sure it has INDIVIDUAL reflectors, otherwise its not gonna do what it should/could.

I Love ATI brand bulbs too, they give great color.

But I would say to answer the question about the corals...nothing. I doubt what you have in there will ever grow, and if it does, it will all be stretching for light and will all wash out. Toadstools are definitely out though, they love to be in high lighting.

today i bought a nova extreme t5 HO double lamp fixture from premium aquatics (GREAT STORE! i live locally) but in the fixture are 2 24" t5 HO bulbs that came with it because they seemed good.. there is 1 10,000K and 1 460 actinic am i good for all the softies now?

That should be good for softies on your size tank. Nova Extreme makes a good fixture and T5's are surprisingly powerful.
