What color should the indicator light be aftter program is accepted

I am struggling to get my new gen 3 to connect. What color should the indicator light be?

Everything says program accepted gut the lights blink blue and leds flash. My guess is the program is not running. I tried all the troubleshooting ideas in the book.

Help please

If everything is running smooth, the indicator led should be a solid blue light, no blinking.

Are you using EcoSmart Live to program your Radions? Also, the indicator light should be solid blue for artificial schedules or solid green for natural schedules.

Ecosmart live could not find my radions. After trying all the trouble shooting tips I still could not get a connection. I then used the utiliy program and it connected right away but I never got a solid light after sending the program to the lights (even though the message said programming was succesful).

So I then decided to use my apex. After upgrading my Apex firmware and carefully following the set up I was able to pair the radions Via the wxm module but they still only flashed and would not run a program. If I used the dlider to change things it would flash the change and then go dark.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
