No, not anywhere near like kenya trees. Kenya trees are a horrible plague the likes of which the world has never seen. Constantly releasing branches to overtake every possible spot of the tank in a matter of weeks. :uzi:

Really? Ive had one for a couple months and its never split

it hasn't settled in yet. all of a sudden they just jump up in growth and once they grow too high, they bud off and then those buds regrow. trust me its a plague

Oh yeah, give it a little time and bam! I had stalks growing all over my tank. I do mean all over, within 2 weeks. Almost every snail and hermit in the tank was running around with a kenya branch attached to it. I'm still finding stalks popping up between rocks.

Mine always went through phases, where it would grow for a few weeks, and then drop like 5 branches at once, and then grow again...I would try to catch all of the branches and put them on frag plugs or rubble to give away or sell, but still ended up with many small trees all over the tank.
