What Corals can I dip?

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering, what corals will withstand the iodine dip? I know that most stony corals do but what about soft ones and inverts? Any help is appreciated! Happy Reefing!:bounce3:

Christmas Tree Worm (Spirobranchus porites) comes to mind.

as far as i have been told, and to date been practicing, all corals sft/lps/sps get the dip. i use the SeaChem iodine dip.

i do not dip other inverts (snails/shrimp/etc...), or obviously vertebrates.

acans
favia
maze brain (platygryia)
chalices
motipora
sertiapora (bird's nest)
acropora
pulsing xenia
zoas
mushrooms
euphyllia (frogspawn/hammer)
