what do i treat my fish with?

its a atlantic blue tang and he has some kind of parasite on him next to his mouth he kind of shakes every so often and scratches it on the sand what should i use to treat him? here are some pics

Put into a quarantine tank and treat with copper or formalin or both. Try a fresh water bath it may help.

isn't it bad to treat tangs with copper?

I would suggest Hyposalinity or formalin. I have seen that mouth problem on many tangs. For that just great water quality and good food should clear that up but the tang is shaking due to parasites.

Refrain from using copper on a tang. Use formalin and freshwater bath or hyposalinity.
