What do you do with your empty salt buckets?

So I now have about 6 empty 5-gallon salt buckets laying around. With the first 2 or 3, I was thinking "this is great--more buckets for water changes, acclimating, etc." My LFS sells the 200 gallon boxes of Instant Ocean and loved this (can be easily recycled) but (1) I've switched to Reef Crystals and the LFS doesn't sell that in boxes and (ii) I can't stand to pay LFS prices when I can save $15 bucks on-line.

What does everyone do with their empty buckets? Sell them to Home Depot?? ;-)

I keep them. Store them in your garage or something, you never know when you might need a bucket! That being said, if you've got like 20 maybe you can recycle them :)

HD sells there own. I use them in my work so no problem.

Selling them to HD was a joke . . .

I give them to people when they come by my house, give them a frag or two and a bucket to take it home in =-)

You sure you dont want me to triple bucket that for you?

I keep mine as well. Never know when they might be needed... ;)

I use one to take water out of the tank, and one to mix saltwater to add to the tank, one is hooked to my ro/di system with auto shutoff. The rest i save in case i need it for something. No i dont need as many as you have lol.
