What do you guys use to bond your plexi glass together?Well really i want to attach a few pieces of plexi glass to regular glass to make a fuge/sump if you have any pointers about bonding it or any tips about the fuge/sump i would love to hear it.

I just silicon it in there.

How thick is it? The issue isnt that the plexi/silicon bond isnt strong enough, the issue comes in the fact that acrylic/plexis is flexible, and if it bows alot, it'll pull away from the bond.

if you're just using the plexi as baffles in the sump, just run a thick bead of silicon on each side of the baffle at both ends and the bottom(where applicable). It will hold in place just fine.

RichConley is right about the bowing. I did exactly what you are doing, siliconing acrylic (plexiglass) baffles into my sump. I have one baffle between my refugium and return pump compartment where the baffle really bowed out. I had to redo it. I cut a 1" strip of acrylic and glued it using weld-on #4 in a "T" fashion on the inside of the refugium baffle to keep it from bowing. It works great!
