What do you think?

Hey all.. I recently spent some time in Europe and I snapped some shots. Now I am one of those people who never reads the directions and tries to figure it all out by playing with it... and thats what I did when I got my rebel a couple years ago. I tell my self that I should really sit down and take a read through the manual and some books but I get bored easily, so that never seems to happen.

What do you think for someone who is just trying to play it all out with just my plain old common sense...

I know there is quite a bit there, but I spent a few weeks in Europe and took probably over a thousand shots.

The weather was really dull, gray and dreary in most parts, except for when we traveled the adriatic and had sun for a few days. One of the biggest problems we had was all the fog that hung around for days. I didn't mind it except for the picture taking it interfered with.

So what do you think?

We were all over Europe... Montserrat, Barcelona, Cannes, Monaco, Montecarlo, Messina, Toarmina, Livorno, Pisa, Naples, Rome, Dubrovnik, Ston, Milan, etc. Pretty much all over the Med. and adriatic.

I think you did a great job, and I enjoyed my virtual European vacation :p
If you want to read a photography book without getting bored- pick up one of John Shaw's books. His writing is very easy to understand and his pictures are pretty much perfect.

Very nice but i did not see one artistic nude photo:P

Spain ownz i would love to go there edwing.
Italy was the best food i have ever had in my life and england was the worst food i have ever had.
All in all i will stick to warm sunny islands for my vacations.

I would have to agree with you ogk51... The food in Italy was the freshest, tastiest, and healthiest food I have ever had in my life. Even the "fat food" like pizza was so incredibly fresh and healthy!!! Boy do I love me an Italian breakfast!

GREGR...
Thanks for the compliment. If I had the time and money I would definitely enroll in classes because it is hands on and I wont get bored that way... but I will definitely give your author a try when I go to the US to visit family. Book stores here dont have too much selection :0(
