I won't pull numbers off the top of my head, the danger for being wrong is too severe. Read up on formalin, understand the dosage, then decide if you want to play around with ratios (I wouldn't).
The common formalin for the aquarium is a 37% formaldehyde solution, and you can buy a tiny squeeze bottle of it for about $3 (look for it with other blister packaged meds). It's far safer to spend that $3 have no chance of error rather than trusting math skills and a possible mega-dose of malachite green.
Also, I don't recommend long term baths of formalin, and I would never use it in a hospital tank. I did my dips in a bucket that's clearly marked for formalin so nothing else ever goes in it. It's also recommended to dip your fish in another container of clean tank water to wash off the formalin before you return it to the hospital tank. I hope this comes across clearly - formalin is nasty stuff. It's a true bio-cide, it kills all living things in concentration, that's why formaldehyde is used as a preservative. That's why it kills brooklynella, but it's also hard on the fish. Use it because you have to, but be cautious.
