What does aiptasia look like?

I think I may have found a couple that sprouted on some new rock. If someone could post a pic of some I could verify it.

That's what it looks like alright. I have heard of people letting them hang out in their refuge or sump. What good would they do there and how would I transfer them(is it even possible)?

ppl have kept them in their fuge for extra nutriant export, as they do a great job, but keeping them in there is the hard part

id get rid of them asap, look for joes juice , works great
