The first rule of making your own food...
If using a blender from the kitchen, make sure you clean it really well after use or else there could be hell to pay!![]()
Second rule is don't store refrigerator/thawed or raw seafood for more then a couple days. Rule of thumb is up to 2 days for raw/thawed shellfish.
Third rule is stay away from "wet" scallops as they most likely contain STTP (sodium tripoly phosphate).
