Looks like a candy basslet - Liopropoma carmabi.

ETA - I don't think they're hard to care for, just very spendy.

As stated, they are very easy to care for. My Candy Basslet has been with me for about three years now. The colors on this fish is beautiful, IMO. Prices have dropped a bit over the past few years. Currently, Diver's Den has one for $700.
