Can you please suggest a variety of foods for Ophiuroids. In addition, are there any other parameters that are of particular interest to keepers of this star?

I'd love to be able to answer this question for you my friend... but even if I could do so thoroughly, it would take many thousands of pages <G>. Truly so! There is not generic food recipe for Ophiuroids as they run the gamut. Some are predatory like O. incrassata while others are filter feeders like the "baby brittle stars) commonly sold in refugium kits. The majority fall in between taking small particulates/carion, detritus/sediments.

You need to ID your species before we can try to research its feeding habits/needs (either in archives or by examining its relatives, habitat, tendencies, etc.)

There are societies and scientific websites dedicated just to Ophiuroids. I don't have them handy right now in digital format, but we collected a lot of online references for sea stars to polish the chapter on this group for my/our new book last year, "Reef Invertebrates". Do see the biblio in that book iof you can (there are topic notes after each biblio entry in the back of the book for your convenience)
