What GPH are you running through your tank?

I am wondering what turnover rate and total gph everyone is running through their tank?

I used 20-30 tank volume per hour (including return from the sump).
40x is more desirable, with 10x passing through filtration in the sump.

Wow I thought there would be a little more input. If I go this route I will have around 55x flow in my 180

I'm setting up for around 65x total flow in my tank. I will probably end up adding even more.

I am around 75x. Koralia 1, 2, and 4 in a 29g tank. Most of the flow is on the upper 2/3 of the tank. I just purchased a Sun Coral and dont want to give it too much flow. I heard low/med was proper.
