what happens if a leather touches an SPS

The same thing when your girlfriend finds you on the computer again. A little red and irritated!! couldn't pass that one up!!!

I have not seen any major problems for short term. Several hours. The sps will slime a little and the leather will maybe get mucus and no polyp extentions in the touching area. Both sould be fine. I have a leather maybe 18" diameter and it touches my sps all the time and no problems.

Leathers compete more with chemicals than stinging. Your SPS will probably be a bit irritated from being touched by anything, and the leather form being moved, but that's it.
