What in the name of Captain Neptune is this?

I was checking out my tank this morning and found the following hanging on glass. It is about the size of half a grain of rice. It's clear in color and I could see inside of it's body. In the picture it is facing head down. It moved away very quickly and went into the rocks. Sorry for such a bad picture but this thing is little! Anybody have any idea of what it could be?
