What is going on with my clownfish.

First the backstory ... in april I broke down my tank, salvaged what I could and put my 2 clowns and a goby into a hospital tank to treat what I thought was ich. I kept some sand, crabs, snails, shrimp and a couple corals. I treated with copper and then prazipro and put the fish back in the display the first week of July.

My tank and fish have been fine since then, until lately. It all started when I bought a frag pack of zoas online. I didnt quarantine my frags ( didnt know if it was necessary ) but I am certain that none of the water from the bags made it into the tank. I did 3 transfers of the frags with water from the DT before I put the frags in.

The first thing that happened was my RBTA shrivled up badly one night and moved the next morning, it had been in a spot that it liked for about 4 months. It is still doing good but I am suspecting that it actually started to sting my clowns, it stung me for the first time anyways.

So my clowns began to show black spots but otherwise acted fine. Lately one of them has gotten different sorts sizes shapes ect of white, sometimes it looks like its under the skin, other times on top of it. The marks dont stay in the same spot for very long, in fact its hard to get a good picture of it. One day it had a long thin white thingy on top of its nose, went away the next morning. Then it had some sort of white thing protruding from its side, again gone the next morning.

The current pictures I have from yesterday which arent very clear show about 3 small patches of off white on only one side ( other side is fine, so are the other fish btw) which as far as I can tell appear to be raised but I cant tell if its on top of or under the skin.

My salinity is 1.025-1.026. The temp goes from high 77s to low 79s, but is usually around 78.5 ( the weather is really weird lately in missouri, 60degrees outside one day and 30 the next.) Ph 8.0. I dont run any chemical media, dont dose, have a small protien skimmer and fuge in the sump. 24g tank, sump is prolly 10g, and I change 4-5 gallons of water per week.

The fish act fine, eat well , more than normal lately in fact. No rubbing or scraping against rocks, and the white marks on my one fish look nothing like the ich it had in spring.
