What is happening with my Duncan

Hi all,

A couple days back i noticed that my Duncan closed up but i can see down into the skeleton a bit. I've read that they close for a couple days when a new head is sprouting and i do see a small head coming but i noticed that a couple months ago and nothing has happened as of yet. I don't think anything is attacking it although when feeding it my crabs try and steal food. If anyone can help me i don't want to loose it.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that duncan looks like its toast already.

Duncans are pretty tough. THat one small sprout may come back, the other head looks dead.
