Just got these this afternoon. Not sure how many polyps are there as it hasn't opened up yet...at least 4 but I think more. It's still pretty closed so maybe no one will be able to tell me what it is. I also had to take this pic with a flash as the lights are going down for the evening.

Does anyone know what they are?

Maybe I'll have to post again in a day or so when they are opened more.

Thanks

Whatever they are they are all the same. Like I said I think there are 5 or more of them. I'll try to post more pics today after the lights come up just to see.

I didn't have my glasses with me in the store so I honestly couldn't see them too well lol. I just loved their color so I asked how much....I was told they were hairy 'shrooms and got the whole thing for $15. It wasn't til I got home and got my glasses that I started thinking "okay...I'm fairly new to 'shrooms but they don't look like normal hairy's"

Thanks for trying to help me know what they are. I'll post some non-flash pics today just to confirm an i.d.

Here's a daylight pic. I can't seem to reproduce the colors. It's irridesent green and pink. There are 3 of them. Reason I'd like to know what it is is because I'd like to place it in the right place in teh tank. RIght now it's mid tank right under a 150MH. Thanks anyone for a for sure ID

see if you can reduce the exposure time on the camera so its less bright and get a picture of the corals mouth. that should help

i was thinking yuma at first but looking at the texture on the lower right corner, im not so sure anymore.

imo, its a rhodactis mushroom aka tonga mushroom, but i could also be very wrong as i cant really see it all that well =/ but if it is a yuma its very very nice ;p

Do you know any Tonga's, aka Inchoatas with beads for tentacles instead of X's or Cross's. And take a look at that mouth. Yuma oral opening complete with tentacles around the rim. It's a fancy rainbow Yuma colony thats very upset. They need some loving. How are they doing so far?

So far they are all doing great. I have them at the bottom of the tank. They seem to have relaxed a little and opened up. I didn't see them in the light yesterday (went to visit my son in college) so I'm eager to see them today when the lights come on.
