What is it? Coral Baby? Jellyfish?

Can someone tell me what this thing is in my reef tank? It looks like a tiny baby jellyfish. Maybe it is a baby coral??? I put it on youtube. Here is the link:

Thanks for the ID. I am off the do some research on them now that I have a name.
Any information anyone wants to throw my way would be greatly appreciated. Such as, are they harmful? Will they over take my tank, sting things, ...?

These are quite common in new tanks, but they usually disappear on their own given time. I wouldn't even sweat it.
