It looks like one of those flatworms that likes to feed on clams. Marc has a picture of one on his web site.

I used to have a stomatella that looked a lot like that. Does his back sometimes open up to reveal a white shell under his skin?

That is definitely a Polyclad Flatworm, not a stomatella.
