It looks like a pulsing xenia. Does it pulse on it's own. If so then that's it.

Do you by chance know how to move them on my live rock? I got a frag of them and they are still on the thing they came on and want them to grow more on the live rock I have

Just place the frag onto the rock where you want it to grow. It will spread onto the rock.

As Pastey mentioned they can be invasive, so if it starts growing too good control it before it gets out of hand.
