What is it?

I got this wonderful Copper Band Butterfly fish last week. It is currently in my QT to make sure it is Ick free. But I noticed these white grains on its fins. Any idea what it is and how to treat it? I don't think it is ick (could be).

Very nice picture series! Looks like lymphocystis to me. Most likely brought on by stress from being moved. Not much you can do but wait it out.
