What is this white stuff on my coral?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

they look like hydroids - if so, harmless. possibly encrusting sponge [a bit hard to say from the pix] which is generally harmless unless it begins to cover the coral.

no need to get rid of them. just keep an eye on them to make sure they don't overgrow your corals. if so just brush/scrape them off.

just got over an isopod invasion basically nuked my 180 to get rid of them
