What is on my fish

A couple weeks ago i bought a juvi angel that had what i suspect was flukes. It developed cloudy eyes then a few days later i found it dead with its eyes missing. A couple of days after that my tang started to act weird. i wated him for a few days and he seemed to be getting more stressed. He was twitching and trying to scratch himself on rocks, his colors got lighter and was breather heavier. I did a 3 day prazipro treatment and his behavior is back to normal. he still not coloring up all the way and his appetite is a little diminished..its still good but not his normal appetite. When i originally noticed him acting funny i noticed that he had some little brownish / black marks. on his face and body.
I am concerned about this , and wonder what they are ...I'm hoping that they are scabs from him scratching or from where what ever was bothering him has detached but im not sure so ive included a pic of him and his marks in the hopes of getting a ID on that they are..

ANY TIPS OR INFO WOULD BE GREAT..

Have you done a FW dip to confirm flukes? Hard to tell what the black spots are. It could be such a thing as black ich but if you've been dosing Prazi that will usually take care of it. I doubt the marks are the insertion spots of the fluke's hooks.
Prazi can suppress a fish's appetite.

Could this be Turbellarian ? Here is a link describing this diseasehttp://www.thesaltybox.com/forum/fish-health/85875-marine-black-spot-disease.html , I think it might be this...
What do u guys think?

Black spots are usually "black ich" which is in fact not ich at all. Prazipro will take care of it.

Turbellaria worms are called black ich (in our hobby) but I wouldn't think it would show up after you've dosed Prazi. Prazi is the cure for it.
