No I haven't. ..it started off really small...I'm thinking it's a sponge...just wanted to get second opinion

Yup sponge. You can just scrape it off if it's irritating your hammer (which looks irritated... It's it always that deflated?) Just be careful not to cut into tissue.

No, it's usually not that deflated, I messed with it so it would deflate so I could get a pic...I don't think it's irritating it..just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything bad

If that's how it normally looks, I'd leave well enough alone. I've got sponges surrounding my acans and it doesn't bother them. In fact the acan spreads over them when it grows a new head.
