Hydroids. Some say pepermint shrimp.

Yep, hydroids.
I've got a different species of hydroids and pick them up with tweezers while doing maintenance.
There are some nudibranchs that would eat upon some species of hydroids, but normally aren't to be found on the market.

Thanks for the answers. Did some research and just took the frag out. No more hydroids.
