What is the best way to remove polyp for zoa??

As you can see my zoa is spreading and running into the brown polyps above.

What is the best way to remove the polyps??

I would like to move them to a new rock...

WOW those reds are amazing! I would take a chisel and bust the rock apart. You could also take an exacto knife and peel back the mat then reglue it to a different rock. You will need to separate- or the reds will get choked out.
In you other post about the Florida mat, just use superglue and glue them to some rock. Good luck and happy reefing

Maybe it would be easier to move the red ones..
I could also frag it a bit and start 2 patches of red..

I would use the hammer and chisel method to remove those reds from the others.
From the picture, it looks like you could break off the whole end of that rock and separate all the reds.

The rock is rather large and buried under other rock...

I will have to see if I can remove it from the tank first.
