I would also like to know this.

I had a container for a couple years and it clumped up and I threw it away to be safe. I am surprized their is not an experation date on it.

its oxidizes quickly.
I suspect 6 month to 1 yr. Cold temps will prolong its life, but only by a month of so.If you want it to last long, aliquot the stuff under nitrogen
You can use your nose to tell if its good or bad
