What is the specifc differnce between low, Moderate or High lighting?

There are many references allover to Low, Moderate, High or combinations there of related to lighting.

Question: How does that equate to determining types of lighting equipment?
Are power compacts always Moderate to Low? or does it also depend on the light temperature and wattage?
Are Halides always High?

never heard of such terms.

but it would definitely have to do with size and depth of tank, and the wattage, number, and type of light.

low would probably be regular output flourescent. cant get much lower. above that its a crap shoot, T5, MH, LED, all capable of being high output if you have enough of the right ones on the right tank.
