What is this macro?

Took this photo this morning, it is appearing to spread, i have a spout like it coming up good in one other spot and tons of other places are just beginning to bud. We have identified the red as red coraline algae, as half the tank was w/o light for three weeks and is coming back or something but not cyano algae(thank god)

But this has me a little concerned as i read that some macro algae do something like "sexual" where it releases it's pods or something and spreads everywhere in tank? this is growing on rocks and part of glass, which i found odd. But here is pic of main one:

i can't really tell by the picture..
if you don't want it growing like crazy you might want to trim it or rip it out. some macros like caulerpa grow like mad and its a ***** to get it out. i can't stand how they root into everything ..

tough to tell but if i was to hazard a guess, i'd say bryopsis.
