what is this red thingy?

I have been treating my fish for ich with hyposalinity for the past 4 weeks and today, my yellow tang started to show some red blob on its body. All other fish are doing fine. What is this red blob that looks almost like blood? And What can I do to help it?
Is this the cause and effect of hyposalinity?
please advise.
