It came on a rock that I picked up yesterday. good/bad?

That is a Majano anemone. Most people eradicate them. They are like any other pest, they multiply quickly.

And they will sting your corals.

yep majano... get rid of it before it starts to multiply..

Couldn't grab it so I took the rock out and kalked it with a syringe.
