What is this?

I noticed a bunch of these on my rocks and in my sump. Like white worm like things that have a Red flower like thing coming out. Anyone know what these are?

It's a type of tube worn like a feather duster

There are a lot though. Even in my sump. Just want to ensure they aren't bad

They're filter feeders and are good for your system.

Yes, they are good. I have had them in the past to grow all over the rocks and standpipes.
