What is this!?!

My hermit crab seems to have some type of animal/parasite attached to the back of its shell.
It has two long feelers and it's body is about the size of a pin head. It picks up the substrate and brings it up to its body.. presumably eating?
I have no idea what it is and not sure if it is harmful. I don't currently have fish in my tank as I'm letting it cycle although all levels are now completely stable. I noticed this critter about a week ago and decided not to introduce fish until I know it's not harmful.
See attached picture.. hopefully you can see it as it's tiny!

Hi, thanks for your reply! It looks somewhat like a tube worm but I'm not 100% sure! Maybe it will grow and become easier to identify.
I will try and get a better pic of it when my crab decides to move so I can get a better view/angle for photo.

Not really easier to see..

No matter I will guarantee its not a harmless creature whatever it is..
Enjoy it..
