Ive been trying to get an ID for this for a while now??

Is that what it always looks like? It looks to me like a shrunken (unhappy) softy, like a colt or something, but I'm not sure. Sorry. Is it soft to the touch?

its a little rough but is a little flexible, he looked the same way at the LFS for a while...
