What is up with my Powder Blue Tang

I have tried all kinds of things to treat this guy. Any thoughts on what is wrong with him? He is still eating really well but appear to be weak.

Looks extremely malnourished. What are you feeding it, and what have you been treating with?

Feeding Nori which he is eating nonstop and flakes/pellets. Treated with copper and pazi

Any thoughts? He has like big blotchy white spots on one side of his body. He is very skinny and continues to get more skinny even though he is eating. Is this some kind of internal parasite?

Did you QT him or treat him for anything? Very least Prazipro for internal parasites.

If you've tried Prazipro and it hasn't produced results, you might try treating with metronidazole. Needs to be administered in a QT though.
