What is wrong with my Blue Spotted Jawfish?

My blue spotted recently began rapid breathing and not eating. I assumed he was stressed as my maroon clown was picking on him so I removed the clown and the BSJ has finally started to come out of his hole but he is not eating and his sides look like they've been picked at. Any idea what this could be I plan on removing him to a QT but don't want to until I know what to treat for.

What invertebrates are in the tank other than corals?

Cleaner shrimp, Pistol Shrimp/Paired with Yasha Goby (located other side of the tank), Two starfish, One Emerald crab which is now dead and part of the rock system outside the BSJ cave just noticed that.

Hope it's not the dreaded blue spot disease. Does he have some tiny bumps on his head region. How long have you had that blue spot jawfish?

no tiny spots near the head I've seen that on other posts when I was researching what was going on with him. I've had him for about 9 months he's been a champ since day one. Just about a week ago this started.
