What is wrong with my PJ's?

I have 2 Pajama Cardinalfishes who have this white fungus coming out of their mouth. There are 5 of them in the tank, but only 2 have this issue. Their fins are also a little shredded. I don't know if this is from fighting or if this is a disease. PH, nitrates, ammonia are all at normal level and the tank is sitting at 78 degrees. I have posted some pictures, one of each fish. Please if anyone can tell what this is, if it is catching to other fish and any other information. I have a med tank set up, I just dont know if pulling them will stress them out so much that they die. Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, hard to tell from the pics. Have you seen them biting rocks? My clowns get white mouths a few days before they start laying eggs because they constantly bite their egg laying site.

Moving fish doesn't kill them due to stress. IMO, this the most over-used term in the hobby. If a fish dies just because he was moved, he didn't have long no matter what you do. However, fish die from many things that can only be cured in a HT/QT.
