What is wrong with these zoas

I ordered these and got them in the mail about a week ago. There was a slight shipping delay so they were in the bag for a couple extra days. I put them into a QT with LED lights and some polyps opened right away, so after a couple of days I moved them into the DT with actinic lighting... They haven't opened up once and they have his brown goo over them. Some white fungus like stuff covered a few polyps but those disintegrated.. These are what are left
I switched the lights to full spectrum daylight thinking the lighting wasn't enough but still no improvements.

Parameters
Ammonia 0 or barely detectable
Nitrites 0
Nitrates 0
PH 8.4
Salinity 1.024
Calcium 460 ppm
Phosphates 0
Temp 78° F

I add trace minerals and an iodide supplement, also an ammonia detox (ammo-lock) since my salt mix contains a small amount of ammonia

What could be wrong?

There is carbon and purigen in the filter

I have heard that too much iodine can be toxic to them. Your Calcium sound a little high too but I don't know if that affects them. I'm no expert but I've never seen any long timers with calcium that high.

I have also read that they will melt if the temp is too high. I would look at stats in other tanks that have a lot of Zoas.

Hmmmm lighting might be too strong. How far are your actinic lights off the water? Are they in a direct path of a powerhead?
