I have found the all of my fish do well on spectrum but I also use formula I and II

i feed omega one marine with garlic, very good stuff

My clowns will not venture out of the BTA and get these sinking pellets, so it has to be the Omega One flakes for the clowns. These flakes stay in the water column for quite a while and my clowns have time to eat them.

Remember that pellets are convenient but they are low in fats, it is better to supplement it with frozen formulas which is high in HUFA.
