what just happen? help please

I was up dating a Vortec pump and my apex just crash every thing is gone i unplug the system and plug it back in and is back on but all the info that i had in there is gone all the outlets name and program are gone
what can do now?

Reprogram or restore your program if you saved your program.

What firmware version are you running; you should update if it isn't 4.04_BC10.

You should also drop an email to support@neptunesys.com to tell them what happened so they can investigate the cause.
