Picture is a bit out of focus but it looks like typical hair algae to me
How long has the tank been set up?
What are your parameters? especially nitrates and phosphates?
If the tank is fairly new this could simply be a part of the ugly phase and will soon pass, if the tank has been up and running for a while then its most likely a nutrient issue
with there being so little I would manually remove for now using either your fingers or a toothbrush
Green Hair algae. Tank does look new, so its just a thing that happens. Keep an eye on nutrients, and I would suggest removing it as you can. Never hurts. Don't let it get out of hand, I did, its everywhere. MEh
The link is a good place to start and can help answer many questions you may have. Will also help give you a good idea what is going on in your tank and what you can do to help. Plus overall good read for anyone who is just starting out.
