What kind of algae is this?

I have this algae all over my tank. It is very tough and can not be brushed off. Looks brown. How can I get rid of it. My water parameters are fine. I run GFO can Carbon. I use T5 bulbs which are getting close to a year old now. Please help.

In the future please turn the blue lights off/way down for any identification pictures..
All that blue just ruins proper color rendition and often doesn't allow a camera to focus well either.
Proper color rendition is important for identification..

Probably just regular green hair algae but its difficult to tell from those pics..

If nothing has changed recently except your bulbs reaching the end of their recommended life then that is a clue..
