What kind of bulb?

For macros...what are better? 50/50 or those plant growth?

Was looking at a 28w retrofit for my refuge....comes with a 50/50.

I think 50/50 should be fine for algal growth. If you get the choice I would choose 6,500K because the algae would like the additional red light from that type of bulb.
