What kind of tort... Oregon or Cali?

What kind of tort is this...Oregon or Cali? What is the difference. I have had people call it both.

Without lineage info, calling it a true Oregon is tough. However that is an amazing blue colony you got right there.

Cali tort has green base and blue coralites. I agree with tweaked tho, without lineage ita not "Oregon Tort", but beautiful coral!
