What Macroalgae to use

Hello everyone
I am just setting up my first Sump/refugium/frag tank.
I have a 250 watt halide, 14,000 K above it. The light will only be on for 12 hrs at time, because of the frag portion of the tank.
What is the best Macroalgae recommened?

Chaetomorpha (key-toe-more-fa), hands down.

Caulerpa sp., since they grow so quickly, can also be used for nutrient export, but they are very invasive, and can go sexual and cause problems...

Plus Chaeto is an idea environment for pods, mini brittle stars, Stomatella, etc.
